About
Helping people navigate real estate decisions during major life transitions requires more than just market knowledge. It requires clarity, communication, and the ability to guide people through situations that can often feel uncertain. My goal is to help you understand your options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence, whatever path you choose.
How I help
Every transition is different, so I start by listening. Before we talk about listings or timelines, I want to understand your situation: who is involved, what is driving the change, and what a good outcome actually looks like for you. Only then do we talk about the house.
From there, my job is to carry the real-estate weight. That means an honest valuation you can trust, a sensible plan for repairs and clean-outs, coordination with any attorneys or family members involved, and clear communication at every step so you are never wondering what happens next. If the right answer is to wait, or to keep the home rather than sell it, I will tell you that too.
Why this work matters to me
I moved into life-transition real estate because these are the moments when good guidance matters most, and when it is too often missing. A home is rarely just a transaction. It holds decades of memories, and the decisions around it carry real weight. Helping families move through that with less stress and more clarity is the most meaningful work I have done, and it is a privilege every time.
